At Gen Mobile, we want you to be completely satisfied with your tech purchase. If your device doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronics in their original packaging, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and protective inserts are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, removing any old shipping stickers.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
